IV. Competition Items: Dan Group, Kyu group V. Qualification:
One hundred Go players from 50 universities worldwide will be invited and selected to participate in the tournament。
VI. Competition Methods:
1. Ing rules for scoring. 2. The players in the Dan and Kyu groups must be registered amateur collegiate Go players. 3. The organizing committee will decide the detailed competition methods for both the Dan and Kyu group, according to the number of registered players。
VII. Cost:
The international or domestic travel cost associated with getting to and from the tournament site is the student's responsibility. The organizing committee will cover the cost of: accommodation, meals and tours for the player, during the course of the tournament。
VIII. Ranking and Awards:
The top six ranked players from the Dan group and the top three ranked players from the Kyu will win medals and a set of Go equipment. All the players will receive a Certificate of Participation and a souvenir。
IX. Jury of Appeal and Referee:
The International University WEICHI Federation assigns the jury of appeal and referee。
