第二届休斯敦“国学杯”业余围棋邀请赛定于2017年8月12日~13日在美国德州休斯顿美国东方艺术教育中心举行。 The Tournament will be held on Aug。 12 – 13 at 10600 Richmond Avenue， Houston， TX 77042， USA。
七、报名条件Qualification of Register
凡具有业余初段以上的棋手均可报名参赛Amateur player with rank as 1 dan or above
八、竞赛办法Game rules：
1、执行中国围棋协会审定的最新围棋竞赛规则；the latest Game Rules issued by China National Go Association。
2、 比赛设低段组（业余初段至3段）和高段组（业余4段至6段）； High rank players （Dan 4 – 6 ） and low rank players （Dan 1 – 3 ） will play in two different groups；
3、比赛进行7轮积分编排。报名时应提供段位证书或相应棋力证明； 初段至3段可由业余6段以上（含专业棋手出具证明）； The game will be arranged in 7 rounds。 The participants shall provide his certificate or other evident material proving his rank when register。
4、比赛每局每方包干用时45分钟，超时判负； Each player has 45 minutes respectively to play for each game， and anyone having overuse of time will be judged as loser。
3）专项奖，另设若干专项奖励，颁发奖金或奖品； A number of special bonus will be awarded accordingly as well。
4）获奖者可申请中国围棋协会承认的业余段位（2-5段）证书。Award winner may apply for Rank Certificate granted by China National Go Association， ranking from 2 – 5 dan non-professional。
十、报名和费用 Fee for Register
1） 自即日起至7月15日为报名时间，接受个人报名。报名时请选择低段组或高段组，并注明证件号码和出生日期，以及联系方式（手机号码），以便组委会联系。Registration starts since July 15 with participant’s ID and phone number provided。
2） 选手旅差及住宿费用自理。Participants’ travel and hotel fee are on their own。
3} 报名费：每人$30元。 Fee for registration： USD30 per person。
